SHIPPING POLICY

At The Frederick Collection, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. This includes providing transparent and reliable shipping services for our art prints. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the details regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and national shipping.

  1. Processing Time: Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and prepare your art print for shipping. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

  2. Shipping Methods and Rates: We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. You will see at checkout that shipping is free!  This applies for all of our customers. We are allowing free shipping, and even in-person delivery if you live in Washington State. 

  3. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping times. Generally, domestic orders within the United States can expect to receive their art prints within 5-10 business days after the processing period. 

  4. Packaging: We take great care in packaging our art prints to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Each print is carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy, flat or rectangular package to prevent damage during transit.

  5. Address Accuracy: To ensure a successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

The Frederick Collection is committed to superior products and customer service.  We go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy, but please know we can’t be held responsible for damage to your print not related to transit (ie dropping your print).

Returning Your Product  (Please Don’t Return Until You Contact Us First)

It is extremely rare that we ask a customer to return a product to us. Please inspect the print as soon as you can and notify us immediately of any shipping damage or other issues. We would also greatly appreciate pictures of the damage in order to file a claim with FedEx or UPS.  We must be notified via email or phone call within 10 calendar days of receiving your print.  If no such claim is made within 10 days, The Frederick Collection and the customer will understand that the print has been accepted.  By accepting the print, the customer acknowledges that The Frederick Collection performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications. You will need to keep all original packaging and contents until the claim resolution process is finished.​

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are Rush Orders Availible?
    Yes! Rush orders are available at a cost of 25% of the order. Rush orders will be printed and shipped in 2-3 business days vs the standard 5-8. Please contact us before checking out if you are in need of a Rush Order. We will send you a personalized quote for the increased cost. Please note this is the rush production option, not a rush shipping option. If you need faster shipping as well, we offer overnight, 2 day and 3 day expedited shipping. Give us a call or fill out our form before checkout if you are in need of expedited shipping as well.
  • Can I Pay With Cash?
    Absolutely, you can contact us to pay with cash. If you live in Washington State, we can meet if you want to hand-deliver cash or check.
  • Do you Offer Custom Sizes? Larger Sizes?
    Yes! We can print any size image up to 96x48". Please contact us if you don't see your desired print size at checkout.
  • How is each Print Mounted?
    All prints are ready to hang on your wall right out of the box! Our default hanging system for prints about 40×30″ and below uses hanging wire and a drywall hook for easy hanging with no tools required. Our larger pieces, as well as those using our new aluminum subframe system, use a french cleat which requires drilling into the wall. Instructions and hanging hardware are provided. Do not hang prints directly above sleeping areas or where people (or valuables) will be hurt if the print falls off of the wall due to an earthquake or hanging hardware malfunction. Each drywall hook can hold up to 50+lbs. The french cleat system is a more stable hanging system and is generally recommended for commercial spaces.
  • How do I Clean My Print?
    All prints can be wiped with a lint free, slightly damp micro fiber cloth. Please be careful cleaning the acrylic print. You can not use cleaners such as Windex and scratching can occur if not careful. If you are interested in purchasing a clean kit consisting of a micro fiber cloth and a cleaner called Brillianize, please contact us directly.
  • Can you Ship Outside the US?
    Yes, we can. Please contact us and send your postal code, city and country, as well as the size and quantity you’re interested in and we’ll put together pricing for you. We will then send you a tailored quote and payment instructions for you to complete prior to placing the order.
