As I set out on this much-anticipated trip, I couldn't contain my excitement. Armed with a camera, a backpack filled with filters and different lenses, and a heart full of anticipation, I embarked on a road trip to Point Lobos. The drive along the scenic coastal highway was a picturesque introduction to the beauty that awaited me.







The Coastal Trails - A Hiker's Paradise

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the scent of saltwater and the soothing sound of crashing waves. Eager to explore, I chose the Cypress Grove Trail as my first adventure. The trail led me through a stunning cypress forest with trees twisted by the ocean winds. The views of the rugged coastline and the expansive blue ocean were nothing short of breathtaking.


In the hidden corners of Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, a world of wonder awaits discovery. Delicate and vibrant, the tide pools here are like nature's own secret gardens.
